PB Lashes provides eyelash and brow appointment services in Toronto. Booking through this website is a request for an appointment and is confirmed when the studio accepts it.

You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can reach you. You are responsible for reviewing aftercare guidance provided before or after your visit.

Payment is collected in person after your service is completed, unless otherwise arranged with the studio. Prices shown online are estimates based on the services selected and may be adjusted if your service plan changes.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel. Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in rescheduling limits at the studio’s discretion.

Certain eye conditions, allergies, or recent procedures may mean a service is not suitable. Tell us about relevant concerns when booking or before your appointment begins. We may decline or modify a service when needed for safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PB Lashes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services, except where liability cannot be excluded.
